Individual Therapy
I provide high quality and effective therapy in a warm and compassionate environment. I am flexible in my approach and will tailor it to work collaboratively with you to identify your goals and needs. The modalities I most often use include evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness, parent management training (PMT), and solution-focused therapy.
